Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from France.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, the shop is designed for France and international delivery. Exact zones and times will be specified before opening.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Creating an account is optional; guest checkout will be available.
Are the products already on sale?
Not yet. The site is currently in test mode: no payment is taken.
Why are some product details missing?
We only publish verified information. Sizes, prices and INCI lists will be added once validated.
Which currencies are prices shown in?
Prices will be shown in euros for France. Other currencies may be added later.
